Shipping
Please note that some Bontá products are handcrafted especially for our customers, so the delivery time may be affected.
Manufacturing time from when the order is placed: 1-2 days
Shipping time from manufacturing: 3-4 business days

Returns
Candles
No returns accepted.
Within a maximum of 3 days from receipt of the order, provided that your order has arrived in poor condition, it will be possible to exchange it for a product with identical characteristics.
Clothing and/or other home accessories
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned in its original condition, with its tags attached, and ideally in the original packaging.
